An opportunity is available for an experienced RN skilled in stepdown nursing to provide exceptional care during the night shift in a critical access hospital setting. This role requires clinical proficiency, independence, and leadership abilities to manage charge nurse duties while supporting multiple patient care units. An every-other-weekend rotation is part of the schedule, along with the flexibility to float to other units as needed, ensuring comprehensive patient support throughout the facility.

Responsibilities:

* Participate in department quarterly education sessions to maintain professional development

Qualifications and Desired

Experience:

* Active RN license with stepdown unit experience

* Ability to work autonomously and lead as charge nurse

* Competency in managing diverse clinical scenarios across PCU, Med Surg, and Telemetry units

* Strong communication and organizational skills
