Role OverviewWe’re looking for a creative, self-starting Marketing Growth & BD Intern to help grow the Market Genius AI brand across social channels, podcast platforms, and our website. If you’re passionate about storytelling, AI, marketing trends, and hands-on growth experiments, you’ll love this role.

TypeInternship (Part-time, 10–20 hrs/week)
CompensationHourly $15-20 and potential for performance bonus per quarter, depending on experience.
Reports toSVP, Marketing & Business Development
What You’ll Do- Growth Marketing & Acquisition: Implement strategies to drive website sign-ups, newsletter growth, and community engagement.
- Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and post content across Linked In, X (Twitter), Meta and other social platforms to grow followers and engagement.
- Content & Podcast Production: Assist with editing podcast episodes, writing show notes, and preparing promotional clips.
- Outreach & Partnerships: Source and contact potential podcast guests, collaborators, and strategic partners.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track performance metrics (social growth, conversions, listener trends, website sign ups, website interactions) to identify what’s working and optimize content.
- General Business Development Support: Contribute to research, outreach campaigns, and other projects aligned with Market Genius AI’s growth goals.
- Are pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Have strong communication and content creation skills.
- Are organized, proactive, and love testing new ideas.
- Have familiarity with tools like Canva, Descript, or Apollo (or a willingness to learn).
- Are interested in AI, marketing, and emerging tech ecosystems.
- Hands-on experience with marketing, tech, growth hacking, BD and podcast production.
- Mentorship in go-to-market strategy, AI-driven marketing, and content growth.
- Exposure to high-level guests and thought leaders in the AI and marketing space.
- Potential for full-time growth opportunities post-internship.
