The role…

Mix resins or other glues used in the laminating process, prepare sheets for laminating, and operate the curtain coater, stacker, and laminating press. Operate the vacuum lift and perform inspections of laminated sheets.

How you’ll make an impact…

• Mix resins and glues with precision, handling chemicals such as resin, catalyst, and acetone safely.
• Prepare laminating sheets, checking caliper and ensuring proper alignment
• Operate laminating equipment including curtain coater, stacker, and laminating press
• Use vacuum lifts and maintain equipment with thorough cleaning and safety protocols
• Handle hazardous waste and manage air emissions following RCRA regulations
• Maintain accurate measurements and careful procedures to protect yourself, your team, and the environment.

What do you bring…

• High School or Trade School Diploma.
• Haz Mat handling knowledge and willingness to complete Haz Woper and RCRA training.
• Forklift license, or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to meet physical requirements per the Essential Function Job Analysis.
• Flexibility for overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
