Responsibilities- Butchering animal carcasses using knives, hand saws and blades, and other meat cutting equipment
- Daily inspection of carcasses
- Confirming requirements federal Bacterial and antimicrobial completion of processed meat
- Packaging of meat products
- Other duties as assigned
- Must be able to lift 50-100 lbs and work in a refrigerated environment
- Ability to safely handle and use sharp knives, hand saws, saw blades, and meat process equipment
- Willingness to follow food safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment
