Job Overview:

As an Auto Press Operator, you will be responsible for simple one- and two-color jobs all the way up to 10 color jobs with extreme detail and color matching. Quick set up, tear down, and fast job turn around is required. Much of our work is for national corporate customers, that expect nothing but the best. A personal love for Hot Rods and Music will further enhance your tie to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate M& R automatic screen-printing presses.
• Align and print designs on garments with very minimal waste
• Inspect finished products for quality and consistency
• Maintain and clean printing equipment and work areas
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines
• Willing to teach other team members the process and expectations
• Running automatic presses is a multiple person operation, minimal absences is essential

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years as a screen-printing auto press operator
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to stand for extended periods as a press operator
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
