We are hiring skilled Process Technicians to support our injection molding operations on D shift. This role is crucial for ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards and comply with GMP regulations. Available Shifts are:
- D Shift – Thurs‑Sat and every other Wed 6 PM‑6 AM
These are 12‑hour shifts: 3 days one week, then 4 days the following week. This results in 8 hours of overtime, paid at 1.5×.
Key Responsibilities- Operate and optimize injection molding processes to ensure consistent product quality
- Perform quality control checks and maintain GMP‑compliant documentation
- Troubleshoot, repair and maintain molding and auxiliary equipment
- Conduct routine process audits and ensure compliance with 5S standards
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance for validation and compliance reporting
- Analyze production data to identify improvement opportunities
- Manage material flow and inventory within production lines
- Lead shift operations and mentor junior staff when required
- 2+ years of hands‑on injection molding experience in a manufacturing setting
- Familiarity with GMP, ISO, or other quality systems
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and complete technical documentation and logs
- Competent in basic math and production analytics
- Able to lift up to 60 lbs and stand for long durations
- Willingness to work nights, weekends and overtime
