Process Technician - Injection Molding

We are hiring skilled Process Technicians to support our injection molding operations on D shift. This role is crucial for ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards and comply with GMP regulations. Available Shifts are:

• D Shift – Thurs‑Sat and every other Wed 6 PM‑6 AM

These are 12‑hour shifts: 3 days one week, then 4 days the following week. This results in 8 hours of overtime, paid at 1.5×.

• Operate and optimize injection molding processes to ensure consistent product quality
• Perform quality control checks and maintain GMP‑compliant documentation
• Troubleshoot, repair and maintain molding and auxiliary equipment
• Conduct routine process audits and ensure compliance with 5S standards
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance for validation and compliance reporting
• Analyze production data to identify improvement opportunities
• Manage material flow and inventory within production lines
• Lead shift operations and mentor junior staff when required

• 2+ years of hands‑on injection molding experience in a manufacturing setting
• Familiarity with GMP, ISO, or other quality systems
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read and complete technical documentation and logs
• Competent in basic math and production analytics
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs and stand for long durations
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and overtime
