A stable, long‑standing power producer is an Operations Manager to lead daily operations at abiomass power plant. This hands‑on leadership role oversees plant performance, operating staff, and safety while working closely with maintenance and fuel suppliers to keep the plant running efficiently and reliably.
What You’ll Do- Oversee control room and steam plant operators
- Monitor plant performance and troubleshoot issues
- Support startups, shutdowns, maintenance, and outages
- Manage fuel handling and ensure safety & environmental compliance
- Experience in power generation or industrial plant operations
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong mechanical and safety mindset
- Comfortable working on the plant floor
