Salary Range: $65000.00 - $70000.00 per year
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations of multiple locations
- Implement strategies to enhance sales and customer service
- Lead, train, and motivate a talented team
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in management, preferably in the food & beverage industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Willingness to travel between locations as needed
