Project Manager
Location: Various project sites across the U.S.
Job Type: Full-time (50–55 hrs/week, 6 days/week)
Salary: a total package of $125 K approximately
About usNMP Golf Construction Corp. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our growing team. We specialize in the construction and renovation of world-class golf courses across North America. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and leader who thrives in both field and office settings, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with the highest quality standards.
You’ll play a key role in coordinating teams, managing schedules, and maintaining excellent relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
What You’ll Do- Plan, organize, and manage all phases of golf construction projects.
- Review and validate contract terms and project documentation before launch.
- Ensure permits, documentation, and approvals are completed prior to mobilization.
- Lead project start-up and safety meetings with site teams.
- Supervise on-site progress, ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.
- Oversee subcontractors, manage change orders, and track budgets.
- Support and guide foremen and site teams in developing effective work methods.
- Maintain clear communication with the Senior Project Manager and all stakeholders.
- Several years of experience in project management, with specific experience in civil work, excavation, and golf course construction.
- Strong knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
- Proficient with Excel, Word, and general computer tools.
- Basic knowledge of GPS systems.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
- Knowledge of golf or sports field construction is a strong asset.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is an asset.
- Willingness to travel frequently for extended periods.
- A strong communicator who builds trust and fosters teamwork.
- A proactive leader who anticipates challenges and drives results.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure.
- Skilled in problem-solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation.
