• Provide full support of the JDA / Blue Yonder Warehouse Management System, including writing MOCA commands and updating policies
• Collaborate with the Warehouse Operations team to enhance warehouse efficiency through technology
• Configure warehouse systems and interfaces for new customer implementations
• Maintain communication regarding system‑related issues, changes, and upgrades to the 3PL business teams
• Identify opportunities for operational improvements and support compliance efforts for CFR 21, Part 11

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a related field (Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Data Analytics, Information Security)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in systems development
• Project experience in a manufacturing and/or distribution environment
• Technical understanding of various technology disciplines such as n‑tier development, Java, HTML, XML, and relational databases
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

• Knowledge of healthcare and healthcare distribution
• Experience in development processes including requirements‑gathering, design, and testing methodologies
• Ability to write and support complex SQL code
• Self‑starter with the ability to work independently
• Familiarity with DC operations
