The Onboarding Coordinator is responsible for ensuring a smooth, engaging, and compliant onboarding experience for all new hires. This role partners closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, IT, and hiring managers to help new employees feel welcomed, prepared, and set up for success from day one.

What You’ll Do
  • Coordinate and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires
  • Prepare and distribute onboarding documentation
  • Ensure completion of pre-employment checks, paperwork, and system access
  • Serve as the main point of contact for new hires prior to and during onboarding
  • Partner with IT and facilities to ensure equipment, system access, and workspace readiness
  • Maintain accurate employee records in the ATS
  • Support hiring managers with onboarding timelines and expectations
  • Continuously improve onboarding materials and processes based on feedback
  • Additional duties to include maintaining internal and external company communications relating to company culture and recognition
What You’ll Need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
  • 0–3 years of experience in HR, onboarding, or administrative support
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience with HR systems (SAP/Successfactors) is a plus
  • Professional, approachable, and employee-focused mindset
  • Ability to work East Coast business hours, regardless of location
  • Authorized to work in the United States

The wage range for Onboarding Coordinator is $18.00 - $22.00.
