• Lead the Front Desk, Bell/Valet Services, and Concierge teams.
• Train staff, maintain communication across departments, and ensure adequate staffing for customer service goals.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and complaints in a friendly manner.
• Manage front office operations, budget, labor cost plans, and guest room inventory.
• Coach employees on Spruce Peak Service Standards and Procedures.
• Ensure cash handling and all operations comply with policies and procedures.
• Maintain communication with housekeeping and keep staff trained on rates, specials, and programs.
• Analyze and resolve guest complaints and maintain proper staffing levels.

$70,000 – $80,000 per year

• College degree preferred
• 2–3 years prior hotel or hospitality experience
• Experience managing and leading a team
• Experience in high‑volume & luxury establishments
• Excellent communication skills
• Technical proficiency and ability to learn new programs
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational and time management discipline
• Solid judgment and ability to resolve conflicts effectively
• Operate effectively in stressful situations
• Ability to multi‑task
• Ability to adapt to changing guest and business needs
