- Lead the Front Desk, Bell/Valet Services, and Concierge teams.
- Train staff, maintain communication across departments, and ensure adequate staffing for customer service goals.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and complaints in a friendly manner.
- Manage front office operations, budget, labor cost plans, and guest room inventory.
- Coach employees on Spruce Peak Service Standards and Procedures.
- Ensure cash handling and all operations comply with policies and procedures.
- Maintain communication with housekeeping and keep staff trained on rates, specials, and programs.
- Analyze and resolve guest complaints and maintain proper staffing levels.
$70,000 – $80,000 per year

- College degree preferred
- 2–3 years prior hotel or hospitality experience
- Experience managing and leading a team
- Experience in high‑volume & luxury establishments
- Excellent communication skills
- Technical proficiency and ability to learn new programs
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management discipline
- Solid judgment and ability to resolve conflicts effectively
- Operate effectively in stressful situations
- Ability to multi‑task
- Ability to adapt to changing guest and business needs
