Location: Windsor

Responsible for providing PT treatments to employees/patients based on an evaluation of their need and status. Maintains appropriate records and assists with in-services and Community Health Program.
Requirement description :
- 2+ years current Inpatient/Acute PT experience - Required
- Ability to work independently.
- Experience in a Critical Access hospital - Highly Preferred
- Travel experience - Preferred
