You will support both inpatient and outpatient services, ensuring accurate monitoring, patient education, and adherence to national clinical guidelines for exercise testing and rehabilitation.

• Conduct stress tests and cardiopulmonary rehabilitation services
  , including exercise testing, MPI coordination, patient monitoring, referral management, and accurate documentation.
• Provide direct and indirect nursing care
  , serving as a patient advocate while delivering education, counseling, and support to promote healthy lifestyle changes.
• Operate and maintain cardiac and respiratory equipment
  , ensuring proper function, troubleshooting issues, and completing required competencies and inventory tasks.
• Administer medications safely
  , following hospital policies, demonstrating proficiency with cardiovascular drugs and IV access, and maintaining required certifications.

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing and a current Vermont or multistate RN license required.
• One year of acute care experience with knowledge of cardiovascular disease; critical care or cardiac step-down preferred.
• Current BLS and ACLS certification from the American Heart Association, and IV access proficiency.
• Strong assessment, communication, organization, and criticala
