As an OT on this assignment, you’ll assess adults across inpatient, outpatient, and community-based settings, developing comprehensive, client-centered treatment plans that address mobility, self-care, cognition, perception, and adaptive equipment needs. You’ll implement engaging, goal-oriented interventions, track progress with standardized measures, and adjust plans to maximize independence and safety at home and in the community. Your work will support return-to-work goals, fall prevention, and home modification strategies, alongside caregiver education to sustain gains after discharge.
