OT - Occupational Therapist

The Occupational Therapist will provide occupational therapy treatments to employees and patients based on evaluated needs and statuses. This role includes maintaining appropriate records and assisting with in-services and community health programs. An 8-hour non-billable orientation is required for this position.

• Provide occupational therapy treatments based on evaluation.
• Maintain accurate records of patient care.
• Assist with in-services and community health programs.

• 2+ years of current inpatient/acute Occupational Therapy experience.
• Experience in a Critical Access hospital.
• CERNER EMR experience.
• Vermont Occupational Therapy license.
• Active American Heart Association BLS certification.
