Mt Ascutney Hospital is a small rural-based hospital in historic Windsor, Vermont. It has CARF accredited inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation programs. The Outpatient Rehabilitation Program has clinics on site at the main hospital in Windsor, and a satellite clinic in beautiful Woodstock, Vermont.
Job SummaryWe are seeking a per diem physical therapist to join our supportive team of skilled clinicians in the Outpatient Rehabilitation department. Experienced team members are available to provide mentorship opportunities. We have a clinical ladder program recognizing expertise and providing opportunities for advancement with associated compensation. The dynamic outpatient clinic provides care to primarily orthopedic and neurologic populations. MAH utilizes advanced neurological equipment including Vector body weight support system and Bioness L300 system.
Responsibilities- Provide patient-centered treatment across a variety of diagnoses.
- Maintain appropriate records.
- Work cooperatively with other members of the health care team and institution to provide optimal care.
- Communicate with interdisciplinary team members, including on-site PCPs, physiatry, pediatrics, neurology, occupational and speech therapies.
- Graduate of an approved Physical Therapy Program.
- Current Vermont State license.
- Demonstrated effective oral communication skills and overall professional behavior.
Minimum: $36.49, Mid: $46.53, Max: $56.56
