Responsibilities & Scope- Provide nursing oversight for non‑licensed staff in residential and community settings, including physical assessment, monitoring, medication dispensing, nursing care, special care procedures, first aid, health monitoring, etc., for identified consumers.
- Help train, oversee, and monitor staff in medication administration for developmental services consumers.
- Provide physical assessments to individuals in the Developmental Services program and liaise with other NKHS services to address residents’ needs in various agency settings.
- Liaison with other community health service providers.
- Develop individual service plans with consumer teams for those with identified health‑related needs; consult with consumers, family members, and staff on health and medical issues.
