Personal Care Assistant; PCA

Personal Care Assistant (PCA) - $25/hr – BAYADA Home Health Care

We are recruiting Personal Care Assistants in Bradford to serve our clients reliably.

Pay Rate
: $25.00/hr, plus mileage reimbursement $0.55 per mile, and weekly pay.

• Follow a written plan of care by a registered nurse to provide personal care services, household support, and companion care services to help adults stay safe and independent at home.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living: bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care, etc.
• Provide household support: light housekeeping, laundry, bed making, etc.
• Prepare and feed meals.
• Assist with range of motion/exercises.
• Assist with ambulation and use of mechanical lifting devices.
• Remind clients for medication.

• A minimum of one year of professional home health or patient care experience is required. Exceptional applicants without experience may be considered and trained.
• A passion for caregiving and a desire to help others.
• A commitment to being present and providing quality care.

• Ability to travel to clients’ homes as assigned.
