Pharmacy Technician – Full Time – North Star Pharmacy

Vytl One National Pharmacy Services is looking for a compassionate, customer‑service oriented Pharmacy Technician to work full time in our Vytl One managed pharmacy at North Star Pharmacy in Springfield, VT. The pharmacy works closely with providers and clinic staff to deliver team‑based medicine and optimal patient care. Vytl One, headquartered in Amarillo, TX, manages the pharmacy and its personnel.

• Assist pharmacists in providing effective, appropriate, and safe pharmacy services.
• Greet customers and take prescription orders.
• Convey empathy and understanding when handling customer service issues.
• Operate the cash register by ringing up sales for customers.
• Assist in keeping the pharmacy clean and the shelves stocked.
• Answer the phone.
• Input customer information into the computer system.

• Current PTCB Certification, or ability to obtain certification within 6 months (Maxor will assist).
• Active pharmacy technician license in the State of VT.
• A minimum of 2 years retail pharmacy experience.
• Proven track record of exemplary customer service.
• Computer experience mandatory.
• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing to interact with a wide variety of individuals to provide optimal patient care.
• Ability to operate various pharmacy software programs/equipment proficiently.
