Position
Chock stone Behavioral Consulting LLC is looking for ABA Behavior Therapists/Technicians to work in Bennington, VT and the surrounding areas.
Responsibilities- Provide in‑person behavior intervention services in a child’s home setting and in the community, such as a childcare setting.
- Collect and record data on therapy goals.
- Help create program materials for your clients.
- Assist in developing activities targeted at improving current and future behaviors.
- Receive weekly supervision from a highly experienced BCBA.

- Minimum high‑school degree or equivalent; ideally candidates interested in pursuing careers within the field.
- Experience working with children, and a passion for working with children with developmental disabilities.
- Experience with Applied Behavior Analysis is preferred but not required; we will train the right candidate.
- Demonstrate a high level of patience and empathy, as well as an understanding.
- Reliable transportation.
- A think‑outside‑the‑box personality to make therapy fun for your clients.
- Professional social skills to interact with and support caregivers.
- Active RBT certification (preferred; we will train if needed).
- Active CPR certification (required; we will train if needed).
- Must pass background check (this is a requirement from the funding source).
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) for extended periods of time.
- Ability to sit on the floor or stand for extended periods of time.

Job type:
Full‑time, Monday–Friday 9 am–1 pm and 3–5:30 pm.
Pay: $18–24 per hour.
Expected hours:
Less than 30 hours per week.
