Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Hours: 30 hours per week
Weekends: No weekend rotation
Travel: Required between facilities (approximately 12 miles apart)
Salary Range: $41 – $45 per hour
Position Overview:We’re seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Ideal, GA. This position offers a consistent weekday schedule with no weekends, ideal for those seeking work-life balance. The SLP will provide therapy services across two nearby facilities, helping patients achieve their communication and swallowing goals through individualized, evidence-based care.
Key Responsibilities:Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to meet patient needs.
Travel between assigned facilities (approximately 12 miles apart) to provide consistent therapy coverage.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.
Educate patients, families, and staff on therapy techniques and progress.
Qualifications:Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Active Georgia SLP license (or eligibility to obtain).
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
