* Key Responsibilities:

*** Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing abilities.
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
* Provide direct therapy services using evidence-based practices.
* Educate clients and their families on treatment plans, progress, and home exercises.
* Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, treatment sessions, and patient progress.
* Participate in team meetings and case conferences.
* Stay current with developments in speech-language pathology through continuing education.
* Cross coverage SLP services at inpatient, swing bed and/or SNF as needed# #

* Qualifications:

*** Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
* Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
* Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
* Experience in outpatient or clinical settings is a plus.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* Experience in acute care settings preferred (for cross coverage needs).# #
