Responsibilities & Scope- Transport consumers to and from work.
- Develop a rapport with individuals to cultivate a safe and supportive working relationship.
- Assist individuals to understand and overcome social and emotional issues, provide skill‑building techniques, and develop and enhance supports to enable the consumer to decrease their dependency on agency services as much as possible.
- Assist and support individuals to develop natural supports at the work sites.
- Maintain a valid driver’s license and provide transportation to and from work sites in a reliable, safe, inspected and registered vehicle in accordance with agency policies.
