Overview
The Vermont State University Education Department invites applications for a part-time instructional role in spring 2026 within our in-person education degrees in Early Childhood, Special Education, and Elementary Education.
Course InformationSociocult Meths Diverse Learn 1/20/2026-5/17/2026 VTSU Castleton Campus
Lecture Monday and Wednesday from 2:00-3:15 PM
- Knowledge and ability to evaluate Universal Design for Learning in order to scaffold course content that is focused on measuring and documenting the impact of learning.
- Understanding and applying experience using observational and authentic assessment tools as part of the course content.
- Ability to identify, define, and apply the characteristics of developmentally and culturally appropriate learning approaches.
- Experience with in the field of Early Childhood Education/Elementary Education
- Master's Degree required
Based on credits previously taught per VSC-VSCPTF Bargaining Unit Agreement. Compensation ranges are defined in the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
