The Vermont State University Education Department invites applications for a part-time instructional role in spring 2026 within our in-person education degrees in Early Childhood, Special Education, and Elementary Education.
Course Information:
Sociocult Meths Diverse Learn 1/20/2026-5/17/2026 VTSU Castleton Campus Lecture Monday and Wednesday from 2:00-3:15 PM
Responsibilities:
Knowledge and ability to evaluate Universal Design for Learning in order to scaffold course content that is focused on measuring and documenting the impact of learning.
Understanding and applying experience using observational and authentic assessment tools as part of the course content.
Ability to identify, define, and apply the characteristics of developmentally and culturally appropriate learning approaches.
Job qualifications:
Experience with in the field of Early Childhood Education/Elementary Education
Master's Degree required
Salary: Based on credits previously taught per VSC-VSCPTF Bargaining Unit Agreement.
