The Arlington School, administered by NFI Vermont, is a trauma-informed choice and day treatment school. We are looking for a full-time classroom counselor. The position requires providing academic as well as social/emotional/behavioral support in the classroom. The ideal candidate is motivated, reliable, able to work in a team, interested in learning through feedback, and experience and comfortable with adolescents who benefit from alternative learning experiences.
Knowledge about PBIS and restorative approaches are a plus. This full‑time position offers an excellent benefits package, including tuition reimbursement. Please include a resume and cover letter with your application. This position has a pay range of $16.50-$19.50, based on experience.
