This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in our South Royalton, VT branch. The representative will handle daily interactions with customers, ensuring high-quality service by assisting with account inquiries, resolving issues, processing transactions, and providing tailored recommendations for banking products and services. The role also involves maintaining customer records, promoting customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall branch operations through attention to detail and strong communication with team members.
Qualifications- Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Experience, and Customer Satisfaction
- Experience in Customer Support and working effectively as a Customer Service Representative
- Proficient in handling financial transactions and maintaining accurate customer records
- Clear and professional communication, problem-solving abilities, and a team-oriented mindset
- Ability to adapt to operational processes and a focus on providing outstanding service
- Previous experience within the banking or finance industry is an advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
