• Develop and maintain the site’s weekly schedule.
• Direct and monitor construction activities.
• Adhere to budget estimates and implement cost‑saving actions when possible.
• Conduct daily site inspections.
• Enforce safety standards and procedures.
• Collaborate closely with assistant superintendents, forepersons, carpenters, and subcontractors to ensure the highest production, quality, safety, and customer service standards.

• 5+ years’ experience supervising commercial construction projects with budgets exceeding $8,000,000.
• College and/or professional degree, preferably in engineering or a related field, or a commensurate level of experience.
• Extensive construction knowledge and a long history of successfully managed projects.
• Personable and courteous attitude toward coworkers, subcontractors, and regulators.
• Collaborative, respectful communication style.
• Proactive approach to providing outstanding customer service.
