Project & Service Manager

Overview

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced, adaptable individual to join our growing team as Project & Service Manager. This is a full-time, on-site position focused on residential and light commercial construction projects. The primary emphasis is on project management, with some responsibilities in service coordination as needed.

• Project estimating and drafting
• Compiling and organizing information for upcoming projects and service requests
• Preparing detailed job packets for crews
• Tracking home deliveries and project progress
• Ordering materials and obtaining bids for projects
• Coordinating subcontractors, permits, and customer communications
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Providing support with service requests and coordination (e.g., processing service requests, scheduling subcontractor or manufacturer service accordingly, tracking parts, and communicating status updates to customers)

• Minimum 3 years' experience in construction or project management or a related field with hands-on construction site experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction estimating processes, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and contract management.
• Experience with home architect, CAD, or similar design experience a plus
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively across multiple projects.
• Familiarity with state and local codes, zoning, etc a plus.
