Operations Specialist, Delaware & Maryland

• Prepare materials such as board presentations, practice communications, and minutes for ACO board meetings
• Coordinate key events like ACO retreats, ACO kick-offs, and ACO board meetings for providers and field teams
• Assist in designing and implementing key reports (financial reports, KPIs) using relevant business intelligence and CRM tools
• Monitor compliance activities to ensure adherence to regulations
• Support the Market President / Executive Director and field team on special projects, data requests, and program reporting requirements

• Bachelor's degree plus 1 to 3 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to travel up to 15% across the year for team retreats and events
• Ability to sit for prolonged periods and perform extensive keyboard use

• Experience in the healthcare industry
• Knowledge of project management processes
• Ability to work in a rapidly changing startup environment
