Onsite, Shelburne, VT

Start & End Date:
April 26
-October 19, 2026 (required onboarding & training in late April and early May)

Salary Range: $17 - $19/hr

Work Schedule:

AM and PM Shifts available (8AM - 3PM; 2PM - 7PM);
Saturday and Sunday 10AM - 6PM

What You'll Do:

Key Responsibilities
  • Answering phones and reservation emails
  • Assist guests with reservations
  • Using the Inn's reservation system, Think Reservations, to book Inn reservations
  • Build a thorough working knowledge of the rooms and cottages
  • Providing general information about the Inn and Farm to guests
  • Maintaining an ongoing phone messages log
  • Booking dinner and breakfast reservations for guests using Resy
  • Assisting with guest-related paperwork and filing

    You are comfortable with shared file drives and G-Suite. You have experience with cloud-based property management systems, point-of-sale systems, and online restaurant reservation systems. You are a quick study with new programs and comfortable training others on how to use them.

Additional Valued Qualifications

• Hospitality and other relevant management experience preferred

Work Environment & Physical Demands
  • Seasonally demanding work schedule
  • Ability to be stationary for the majority of the 5-7 hour shift.
  • Indoor spaces lack conventional heating and cooling
