Responsibilities
  • Lead sales efforts for the employer's brands, driving brand awareness and revenue growth in the assigned territory
  • Manage dealer channels, ensuring optimal sales performance and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute corporate sales strategies and maximize exposure
  • Analyze market trends and sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and conversion
  • Conduct live trainings and product demonstrations for accounts to enhance product knowledge and engagement
Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree or higher
  • Minimum 5 years of Sales Management experience
  • Proven account management, strategic planning, and business development experience
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and PowerBI
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role within the kitchen appliances or interior furnishings industry
  • Demonstrated ability to set and manage sales targets and forecasts
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with promotional strategies and contract negotiations
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing work environment
