About the Role:

Vermillion Ace Hardware is looking for a reliable and motivated Appliance Service Technician to join our appliance team. This is an onsite position focused on delivering high-quality appliance installation and repair services while providing excellent customer experiences. Experience is preferred, but not required — we are willing to train the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and repair household appliances
• Diagnose appliance issues accurately and efficiently
• Use computers and service software for documentation and communication
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Deliver professional, friendly customer service
• Pay close attention to detail on all jobs
• Stay organized and manage service tasks effectively
• Maintain required certifications and participate in ongoing training

Qualifications:

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Attention to detail and cleanliness
• Ability to stay organized and work independently
• Experience in appliance service or installation is a plus, but not required
