Stocking associates focus on unloading trucks and stocking new freight, spending most of their time in the backroom. They must lift heavy objects exceeding 50 pounds and may be required to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts.
Additional CompensationIncludes annual or quarterly performance incentives and hourly premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
