Registered Nurse (RN) | Skilled Nursing & Long-Term Care | Kingston of Vermilion, OH

Full-Time or Part-Time | Ohio RN License Required

Kingston of Vermilion is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide high-quality, resident-centered care in our Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care community. From hands-on nursing to mentoring staff and collaborating with the care team, you’ll be at the heart of improving lives every day.

• Provide skilled nursing care aligned with individualized care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and wound care accurately and safely
• Monitor and document resident health changes, responding quickly and professionally
• Supervise and mentor LPNs and CNAs to ensure consistent, quality care
• Partner with physicians, therapists, families, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care
• Promote a safe, supportive, and healing environment for residents and staff

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio (required)
• CPR certification required
• Experience in Skilled Nursing, Rehab, or Long-Term Care preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, leadership, and communication skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-first mindset
