RN Unit Supervisor – Skilled Nursing & Long-Term Care | Kingston of Vermilion, OH

Full-Time - Night Shift | Nursing Leadership | Ohio RN License Required

• Lead, mentor, and supervise LPNs, CNAs, and nursing assistants on your unit
• Coordinate and oversee individualized resident care plans to ensure high-quality outcomes
• Monitor compliance with Ohio nursing regulations, infection control, and patient safety standards
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to deliver resident-centered care
• Communicate openly with residents and families, offering support and updates with professionalism
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and foster a positive, team-oriented environment

• Active Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Prior nursing leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred (Charge Nurse, RN Supervisor, etc.)
• Skilled nursing, long-term care, or senior care background a plus
• Strong clinical judgment, organizational, and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and team-building abilities
