This role combines purchasing support with accurate data entry. You’ll help keep our inventory and vendor information organized while ensuring orders are placed correctly and on time.
Responsibilities- Process purchase orders based on inventory needs and vendor quotes
- Communicate with suppliers to confirm pricing, availability, and delivery schedules
- Enter and update data in our internal systems with accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintain organized records for orders, invoices, and product information
- Monitor inventory levels and notify the team of shortages or upcoming needs
- Assist with general office tasks as part of a small, collaborative team
- Experience in purchasing or data entry preferred
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers
- Basic computer skills (Excel, email, data entry systems)
- Clear communication skills with vendors and coworkers
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks in a small office setting
- Dependable, team‑oriented attitude
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen & background check

The base pay range for this position is $19-24 an hr, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
