We are seeking a seasonal Restaurant Manager for Ardelia's Restaurant to lead our team and oversee service in a high-quality, well-loved and established Basin Harbor dining experience. The role focuses on delivering excellent service to both external guests and internal staff, surpassing guest expectations, and maintaining a professional, efficient operation.

• Lead the Ardelia's team and oversee service in a high-quality, established restaurant.
• Provide excellent service to external guests and internal customers; strive to surpass guest expectations.
• Lead training and manage staff to ensure timely, accurate, and seamless service.
• Demonstrate strong leadership, clear communication, and effective time management at all times.
• Be proficient at multi-tasking and delegating while maintaining a hands-on approach.
• Assist in cost controls and in all aspects of increasing revenue.

• Restaurant management experience of 3 or more years required.
• Prior wine sales and knowledge required; formal sommelier training preferred.
• Essential competencies: understanding proper etiquette and service standards, ability to take direction and work in a team, attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to perform multiple tasks systematically in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to use and teach others to use a POS and other restaurant-related equipment.
• Employees must maintain a clean, professional appearance.
• Shift work may be long and varied, including evenings and weekends; full-shift walking and standing required.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs. frequently and 50 lbs. occasionally throughout shift.
• Basin Harbor conducts pre-employment criminal background and reference checks on all employees.
