Lead Bartender – Basin Harbor has multiple dining venues, 2 outdoor bars, and many banquets, weddings, and special events during our six‑month season. We are seeking an energetic, personable, and engaging Lead Bartender who can lead our Bartending team in wine and beverage knowledge and preparation.

• Lead the bartending team in wine and beverage knowledge and preparation.
• Ensure proper etiquette and service standards.
• Perform multiple tasks efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Maintain a clean, well‑kept, professional appearance.
• Walk and stand for the full shift; shift work may be long and varied, including evenings and weekends.

• 5+ years prior bartending and wine‑specific experience preferred.
• Ability to take direction and work in a team environment.
• Attention to detail, efficient, and able to perform tasks systematically.
• Ability to remember and follow bar and beverage procedures.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally and 20+ lbs. frequently throughout the shift.
