Position Seasonal Front Desk Agent

We are currently seeking seasonal Front Desk Agents to join us for the upcoming summer season from May through October, 2026.

• Greet guests upon arrival and check them in, providing a smooth experience at checkout.
• Assist guests during their stay by answering questions, resolving issues, and dispatching housekeeping or maintenance to respond to guest requests.

• Understanding the need for proper etiquette and service standards.
• Ability to learn and use equipment including computer, printer, telephone switchboard, and standard office equipment (fax, copy machine, postage meter, etc.).
• Proficiency with MS Office applications including Word and Excel.
• Prior hotel front desk experience or similar guest service experience preferred.
• Ability to take direction, work in a team environment, attention to detail, and the ability to perform multiple tasks systematically in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance.
• Shift work may be long and varied, including evenings and weekends; full-shift walking and standing required.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs. frequently.
