Provide customer service by following site-specific security-related procedures;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including reporting concerns to the appropriate site contacts and/or emergency services as needed;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols of buildings, corridors, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unwanted activity and/or policy violations;
Monitor access points and common areas for unusual conditions such as suspicious behavior, unsecured doors, unauthorized persons, and/or hazards, and document observations per post orders;
Complete required reports such as incident reports, daily activity logs, and shift handoffs, and communicate updates to Allied Universal supervision and/or site leadership
