RN Endoscopy Full Time Ventura Endoscopy Center is Hiring a RN Endoscopy Full Time.

At Ventura Endoscopy Center, we believe health and care are inseparable. We focus on offering a high quality, service oriented environment for your surgical procedure. With 3 Procedure Rooms and our technology allows surgeons to perform procedures in the specialty areas of:
Gastroenterology.

Job Summary:

The RN Endoscopy is a Registered Nurse that provides quality patient care using the nursing process, the medical plan of care, and organizational policies. The RN Endoscopy provides safe, effective, and quality patient-family centered care in the perioperative services for all patient populations. The RN Endoscopy supports the mission, vision, and values of the organization. The RN Endoscopy reports to the Manager of Peri-Operative Services.

Hourly Range: $45.00 - $60.00/hour

Wages are determined based upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications and experience.

Required Skills

Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Current CA Nursing License
  • Current BLS, ACLS
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Pre-Op/PACU. Previous experience working in an ambulatory surgical setting preferred.
  • Understand principles of aseptic technique and their implementation
  • Ability to care for adult patients
  • Knowledge base to recognize, evaluate, solve problems and correct errors
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing condition of the patient when needed
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Demonstrate strong professional and ethical behavior
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, physicians and fellow employees. (TEAMWORK)
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Demonstrate accountability, creativity, innovation and be receptive to change
  • Possess basic knowledge of Performance Improvement ideology
Required Experience
