A Registered Nurse (RN) in the Trauma ICU provides critical care to patients with severe, life-threatening injuries. RNs perform continuous patient assessments, manage advanced life support therapies, administer critical medications, and monitor hemodynamic status. They collaborate closely with trauma surgeons, intensivists, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver rapid, high-level care in a fast-paced critical care environment.
