Our client is a well‑established Home Health and Hospice organization. They have a current opening for a Patient Care Manager for their Hospice division located Ventura, CA area. Hospice experience as an RN is required. Supervisory experience strongly preferred but may consider a strong case manager / field nurse ready to step into a management role. - Hospice experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Excellent understanding of state/federal regulations.
- Active California Nursing License.
- Supervisory experience strongly preferred.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage clinical team.
- Ensure compliance with all state / federal regulations.
- Train and mentor nurses.
