Rubicon Theatre Company seeks an experienced nonprofit Accountant to oversee full-cycle accounting in a producing theatre environment, including union payroll administration, multi‑fund accounting, financial reporting, audit coordination, and regulatory compliance.
The retiring Accountant will provide training and up to 10 hours per week of consulting support during the first year to ensure continuity.
Reports to the Managing Director and Producing Artistic Director.
