Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with processing and coding vendor invoices across four entities, ensuring accuracy and proper account allocation.
- Reconcile credit card transactions and vendor payments, including both check and electronic disbursements.
- Support the transition from AMEX to Mastercard, including setup and tracking of new card activity.
- Help manage the migration from Concur to Corpay, ensuring smooth data and process integration.
- Perform monthly reconciliations and assist with maintaining accurate accounts payable records.
- Experience with accounts payable processes, including invoice coding and payment reconciliation.
- Familiarity with credit card program administration and vendor payment systems.
- Ability to manage low-volume invoice processing with high attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to support multiple entities simultaneously.
- Comfortable working on system transitions and process improvement projects.
- An associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general accounting software.
- Experience with Concur, Corpay, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process efficiency.
