Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of Staff and Senior Accountants to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Oversee the accounts receivable/payable close, month-end close, audit requests, and reconciliations.
- Prepare mid-month and month-end reports along with various ad-hoc accounting schedules and analyses.
- Manage the accounting integration and consolidation processes, including systems, policies, and internal controls.
- Assist with internal and external audits by preparing documentation and responding to audit inquiries.
- 3+ years of experience in accounting management, and 2+ years of team supervision.
- Utilize Net Suite for accounting operations and reporting;
Salesforce experience is preferred. - Apply knowledge of deferred revenue and deferred cost accounting, especially in compliance with ASC 606.
- Perform month-end close and audit preparation tasks with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness.
- Showcase strong analytical skills and attention to detail in all financial processes and reconciliations.
- Hold a BA/BS degree in Accounting; CPA certification or progress towards it.
- Exhibit advanced Excel skills, including functions beyond VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables.
- Communicate effectively with strong verbal and written skills in a collaborative team environment.
- Understand US GAAP accounting and reporting requirements thoroughly.
- Prefer experience in SaaS, manufacturing, or IoT industries with familiarity in inventory and software development accounting.
