Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the daily activities of Staff and Senior Accountants.
- Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, month-end close, audit requests, and reconciliations.
- Prepare consolidated general ledger and ensure compliance with GAAP standards.
- Assist with external and internal audits, including preparation of schedules and documentation.
- Review and ensure compliance with sales and use tax reporting requirements.
- 3+ years of accounting management experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate across teams.
- Apply advanced Excel skills, including functions beyond VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables.
- Utilize Net Suite and Salesforce systems effectively for accounting operations.
- Maintain a hybrid work schedule with in-office presence four days per week.
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA certification or progress toward it is preferred.
- Bring experience in SaaS, manufacturing, or IoT industries with knowledge of ASC 606 and inventory accounting.
- Display strong analytical skills and attention to detail in all financial processes.
- Demonstrate the ability to research accounting issues and prepare technical accounting memos.
- Collaborate with international teams and support accounting system integrations and consolidations.
