We are looking for a Marketing & Brand Manager to lead and strengthen a diverse portfolio of brands across retail and professional markets. You will shape brand identity, create impactful campaigns, manage marketing materials, and ensure cohesive packaging design. Your insights will keep our brands competitive and relevant.

Key responsibilities
  • Brand leadership: Manage and strengthen multiple brands within the portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic positioning and long‑term growth objectives. For both retail and professional brands.
  • Campaign development: Develop and execute creative, impactful campaigns and concepts that resonate with target audiences and reinforce brand values.
  • Marketing materials: Oversee the creation and quality of all marketing assets for each brand, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across channels.
  • Packaging excellence: Drive cohesive packaging design that reflects brand identity and enhances market appeal.
  • Market insights: Conduct research and analyse trends to guide brand positioning and maintain competitiveness in dynamic retail and professional markets.
  • Cross‑functional collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and digital teams to deliver integrated brand experiences and ensure alignment across all touchpoints.
You will bring
  • Proven experience in brand management or marketing, ideally across multiple brands.
  • Hands‑on and execution‑focused, with creativity and a passion for innovation.
  • Curiosity for new marketing approaches, including digital and AI‑driven solutions.
  • Ability to turn insights into actionable strategies that drive growth.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus (e.g. German and/or Dutch).
